How to apply

In the first instance, please contact the Warden on duty to make an appointment to view Geffery’s Fields by calling 01256 961 640
(Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm)
.

If you wish to proceed with an application the Warden will give you an application form to complete and return. You will need to include details of your age, reason for applying, annual income and details of assets e.g. savings, property.

Once your completed form has been received, we will invite you to a meeting to discuss your application.

If your application is successful, we will notify you and invite you back to offer a suitable empty flat. If we are full, we will add you to our waiting list (vacancies are allocated on the basis of need and you may not necessarily be offered the next available flat).

Please note that your medical and financial status will be checked and further evidence may be required. We reserve the right to refuse applications at any time during the application process without offering a reason.

Please note that following the recent refurbishment of Geffery's Fields, we have vacancies and currently there is no waiting list.
